Data we collect

• Mobile number used for OTP login and account access.
• Name, profile details, and neighbourhood or location context shared in the app.
• Selected contact details, such as name and phone number, when you choose to suggest a contact or provider.
• Categories, suggestion details, provider details, reviews, and reports you submit.
• Saved contacts, recent interactions, and related in-app activity.
• Notification delivery identifiers, such as device token or push token.
• App activity events used for reliability, moderation, abuse prevention, and product improvement.

Permissions and device data

Contacts

Contacts access is used only when you choose a contact while suggesting a provider or local contact. Padosii does not upload your full address book.

Location

Location access is used to support neighbourhood selection, location context, and nearby results. Padosii does not require continuous background location for normal app usage.

Notifications

Notifications are used for app activity such as suggestion updates, account updates, reviews, reports, or other relevant product messages.

How we use data

• Authenticate users via OTP login.
• Show neighbourhood-relevant contacts, provider details, categories, and suggestions.
• Enable suggestion, review, reporting, calling, sharing, saving, and recent-interaction flows.

How data may be shared

Padosii shares data within product workflows where needed, for example when approved suggestions, provider details, and reviews are shown to people in the relevant neighbourhood or location context. Data may also be processed by service providers that help run hosting, notifications, analytics, and related infrastructure.

Admin review and approval

Admins may review accounts, suggestions, provider details, reviews, reports, and categories as part of moderation and approval flows.

Security

We apply reasonable safeguards to protect data. No system is completely secure, but we continuously improve safeguards against unauthorized access and misuse.

Data retention

Data is retained for operational needs, moderation, legal compliance, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, and audit requirements.

Account deletion

You can request deletion by emailing hi@padosii.com. We may verify account ownership before processing. Certain records may be retained where required by law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or audit obligations.
